From First Call to Final Deliverable

Every BlindSpot Aerial Solutions project follows a disciplined 6-step methodology — designed to eliminate surprises, protect your timeline, and ensure the data you receive is decision-ready.

Discovery Call

We begin with a structured 30-minute call to understand your project scope, site constraints, regulatory context, and deliverable requirements. No obligation. No generic proposals.

Typically scheduled within 48 hours of first contact.

Site Assessment & Regulatory Clearance

We evaluate airspace restrictions, TFR operational category requirements, local permit needs, and site access logistics. For complex or restricted zones, we prepare the full FAA waiver documentation.

Mission Planning & Flight Execution

We design a precise flight plan — altitude, overlap ratios, sensor configuration, and contingency protocols — before a single drone leaves the ground. Execution uses our DJI Matrice 4E (RTK precision), DJI Air 3s (RGB), Yuneec Typhoon H+ (RGB) depending on project requirements.

For large-scale projects, we deploy our vetted international pilot network for simultaneous multi-site capture.

Processing & Analysis

Raw data enters our processing pipeline: DroneDeploy or One3D.ai for photogrammetric reconstruction and 3D visualization.

Processing time: 2–7 business days depending on dataset size and deliverable format.

Deliverable Handoff

You receive your outputs in agreed formats: georeferenced orthomosaics, point clouds, textured 3D models, or interactive digital twins. All assets are handed over via secure cloud link with full resolution.

Formats include: .OBJ, .LAS, .GeoTIFF, .PDF shareable 3D viewer links.

Follow-Up & Repeat Inspection Scheduling

We don't disappear after delivery. We schedule a debrief to walk through findings, answer technical questions, and — for infrastructure clients — establish a repeat inspection schedule to track structural change over time.

Repeat clients receive priority scheduling and volume-adjusted pricing.
